Happy Hour Convention Outfit (For 16 inch Fashion Dolls)

This outfit was presented to us at two different times - first we received the red patent backless heels with matching handbag, then we received the cocktail dress! The dress is red chiffon layered over a gold brocade for a lovely effect. The dress has tiny ribbon straps and ribbon detail on the bodice. Just enchanting!
In original packaging with 15th Anniversary label - never opened.
