The full skirt is just below her knees - scandelous but allowed her to ride a bicycle safely. Her scoop neck shows a white underblouse and a charming cameo brooch. Long sleves and a blue belt complete her dress . . . except for the white petticoat which extends slightly below her skirt. Her black and white boots have pearl buttons and a tiny heel. Of course she wouldn't be caught without her hat - a straw confection with blue ribbons!
