1. Contact us by email at barb@fashiondollclothes.com OR by phone 1-650-726-7640 (Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Time) and tell us how you'd like us to correct your order. We'll give you an Authorization Number for the return.
2. Return the item(s) in their original condition with a copy of your Invoice and the Authorization Number.
3. Please pack carefully in a box large enough to hold the item . . . the Post Office has several sizes of free Priority Mail boxes you can use. For your protection you may wish to insure your item.
